Booking & Cancellation Policies
Advance Booking
Every journey requires at least three hours’ notice. That gives us time to prepare your preferred
vehicle, chauffeur, and amenities to your standard.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel free of charge up to one hour before pickup. Within one hour, or no-shows, are charged the full journey total.
Waiting Time
For hotel, residence, or office pickups, your chauffeur waits up to fifteen minutes at no charge. For Logan Airport arrivals, we extend this to sixty minutes to cover flight delays and baggage claim.
Modifications
Change your pickup time, location, or destination up to one hour before departure. Any change to the journey total will be confirmed with you before we proceed.
Round Journey Discount
Book both legs of a round journey together and a fifteen percent discount applies automatically. Boston
to Manhattan round journeys are offered at a flat $1,900.
Pricing Transparency
What you see when you book is what you pay. There is never any surge pricing.
Gratuity
Gratuity isn’t included in the journey total. A tip for your chauffeur is always appreciated — suggested options of fifteen, eighteen, or twenty percent are presented at booking confirmation, with a custom amount available.
